It was a peaceful day in the forest. The sun was shining through the lush green leaves of the trees. A cool breeze blew through my bright orange fur, as I trotted towards my favourite spot in the forest, following the sound of the river which lead me to my heaven.
Suddenly, I felt a tingling in my back, giving me an uneasy feeling, as if I was being watched. I stopped, my brown ears perking up, trying to listen for the usual sound of moving water, but I couldn’t. I realised that I was taking the wrong route. I tried to turn around and run back, my uneasiness turned to fear. I tucked my tail under my belly. The sky above me darkened as I was running, it almost felt as if I was running forever, getting nowhere. I stopped, panting, my tongue lolling out of my mouth. I groggily looked around to see if I could recognise where I was. My olive green eyes widened with shock and horror, as I realised that I was in the same spot that I was before.
